Bio:I like role-playing. A lot. I've spent countless hours memorizing rules, creating my own system, creating systems for other people, memorizing more rules, designing characters, and all that jazz. Probably less than 10% of the time I put into role-playing is actually spent role-playing.

Rathje is a Strongheart Halfling Incarnate 1. He has STR 10, DEX 12, CON 12, INT 14, WIS 13, CHA 12. He has 7 HP and 12 AC.
Strengths: Rathje's Incarnate level allows him to access Incarnum. His high Intelligence gives him a large amount of skill points despite his class' base value. His strength lies in non-combat situations.
Weaknesses: In combat, Rathje can't do too much. He needs to rely on his allies for a lot. Rathje has a poor Base Attack Bonus, but his small size helps slightly.
Special Skills: 2+INT Modifier/level, x4 at level 1 (16).
Weapons: Proficiency with Simple Weapons.
Feats: Luck of Heroes, Skill Focus: Use Magic Device
